2000 Toyota Celica.

In the diagrams says the following :

NOTE *1 this vehicle will require an extra relay part #775, to isolate the IGNITION #1 wire.

I don't understand by what this is saying,  can anyone explain to me?

Thank - You.

open the ignition line using a relay to isolate it form the key-side.
85-ground
86-any(+) while running
30-non-key side celica Ign wire
87a-key side celica IGN wire
IGN output from your RS goes after the relay, of course to power your IGNition.

Thanks profuse007,  it is an a very clear explaination.

But one more thing, I'm still very curious to know about this ignition system.

If I directly connect it to the RS Output , what is wrong with this?

It's not dumb. Sometime hearing yourself speaking out will get the answers or solutions.

Sometimes just asking the question out loud or in print makes you think about it and sometimes answers come to you out of the blue.

If you don't isolate the ignition wire the starter will grind when you insert the key and turn it forward to th RUN position. It is something that only happens on that generation Celica and also the Nissan Altima from around the same time period.
AN easier way to wire than the method above....
Connect the IGN 1 output from the remote starter to the IGN 2 wire of the car. Most remote starters want to know when the ignition wire is powered so it won't try to start when the ignition is already ON.
Wire a relay as follows:
86 and 87 - Ign 2 output of remote starter.
85 - ground.
87a - key side of IGN 1 wire of car
30 - non-key side of IGN 1 wire of car.
