Where is this wire located under the dash and what color? Im doing a remote start right now on a Manual tranny Civic. I would rather not have to go all the way to the parking brake.

WHITE/ black, If you dont want to go to the switch you can get it at the driver kick panel or  running board on the drivers side.

Actually the WHITE/ black wire is the  brake light  wire not the parking brake wire.  I had a paragraph on the civic saved in my notes, someone else had posted it awhile back. I saved it because I thought it might be helpful, here you go:

if you look to the right of the steering wheel, near the fuesbox, there's a  nice big harness in loom going into the center console which has the + parking light wire (RED / yellow), the brake wire (WHITE/ black), and the e-brake wire(GREEN/ orange) if your doing standard. makes doing this car so very easy and saves a lot of time

gah! I wish I read this earlier after I took apart the driver side panels and realized theres no wires! haah, I found the GREEN/ orange in the harness coming from the parking brake in the center console.
Where do you guys get your disarm wire from? I spent a good 15 min to get the yellow in the top left plug on the back of the fuse box and there was 2 of them, so I winged it. And I can't test it now since the customers crappy starter shorted out internally.

The 03 Civic DID come with factory security. The factory alarm module (a white "box") with 2 black, or grey plugs on it.

Up in the drivers kick.   Up and under......

The disarm is white in pin A3 (NEG)-
