The instructions for the 1100F lay it out pretty well. What is your exact question?
You need to provide the 1100F with ground, constant hot, ignition input, and ground when running from the RS. Then the RX and TX wires get wired into the vehicle. Looking at the pictures shown in the manual you should be able to identify which wires are which. If you get the TX and RX backwards no harm is done, and reversing them will fix the issue. But if you pay attention to where the ground and ignition wires are in that harness you should not have any problem finding the TX and RX.
Ignoring the actual pin numbers: If the plug is layed out with ground on the first pin from the end and the next wire is ignition the third wire will be RX, if it is ignition on the first pin and ground in the second the third wire will be TX.
Once your connections are made, make sure you are in installation mode 2 and program the box like you were adding a third key to the vehicle. Key 1 in until red light on dash goes out, key 2 in until red light goes out, remote start the vehicle.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

thanks bro.. and my domelight slowly fades out when the doors are locked, which causes the alarm to bypass the doors i believe, how can i change that?  And any wiring diagram for my windows by any chance so i can hook up the 530T? Thanks

i think viper units do have dome light delay, it doesnt bypass or fully arm untill 30 seconds (usually length until light goes out)
