I recently installed a python 460hp in my Honda CR_V2003.I have added two window modules and remote start.Apon doing some research I have found out that a alarm that I bought with different car but did not use cuz did not know the manufacturer is a prestige APS996a.

it has way more options mainly 2way transponder.Can the transponder from aps replace reciever from 460 and I have 2way function?I have bought the 5brc03 trasmitter.tried t0 transmitter learn this transmitter to my 460 but had probs.thank you

No, they are not at all compatible.
If you wanted to switch, you'd have to fully un-install the Viper, and fully install the Prestige.
