Did an Audiovox RS in this '04 RX330 yesterday. I can't remember the model # for the RS.
Bypass used is the BypassKit XK05 flashed with the PKT2 firmware.
Relevant to all this - this vehicle had a driver's side knee airbag which I removed to do this install...I had the battery disconnected for 1 min. before disconnecting the airbag.
Customer has called the shop today complaining:
Sunroof doesn't work
Security light is blinking while driving.(I didn't hook up the security light wire from the XK05 to the vehicle though - that may be the issue)
Seatbelt light is on
Airbag light is on
Anyone ever had these issues before on this car? I'm supposed to go back out friday to check it out. Also anyone know how to get rid of the airbag light?
C Renner's Auto Electronix
My service is cheap, quick, and good - pick any two

i do alot of these vehicles and never disconnect the air bag.  the security light is def flashing because u did not hook up the security light to the pkt2.  You can try disconnect the battery again for about ten minutes to try and reset the indicators

The airbag light should go off after the car is put together and the key is turned on with everything connected. There may be a "history code" stored for the SRS system, but this would not turn on the light.

When the battery is disconnected the sunroof, power back door, and all 4 windows lose initialization. To reinitialize the sunroof, turn key on, hold "tilt up" button, the sunroof will tilt up, tilt down, slide to the back, slide to the front and close. For the windows: turn key on, hold "down" until the window stops moving, then hold "up" until the window stops moving, wait about a second each time the window stops. For the power back door: turn the key on, press the unlock switch once, got to the rear of the vehicle and press the button on the door to open the door manually, let the door open fully then close it manually. It should now work with the switch on the dash. If it does not check the "cancel" switch in the glove compartment.

I hope you didn't bend one of the pins on the airbag.
