I searched and found a little but nothing I could convert to a diagram. This is for a car heated seat circuit.
I need a relay(s) configuration that uses a grounded input (switch closes to ground) and will provide two outputs in sequence with the third trigger clearing the outputs.
Power on - Out 1 and Out 2 off (I need to make sure neither output is on when you turn on the key.)
Press 1 - Output 1 on - Output 2 off.
Press 2 - Output 1 off - Output 2 on.
Press 3 - Both outputs off.
Another press starts over at Press 1.
Any suggestions?

I don't think you need to press anything to get your results.

Use a 3 way rocket switch.

UP (on) is one of your choices

DOWN (on) is one of your choices

MIDDLE (off) one of your choices.

You need a single DPDT relay to handle both UP and DOWN.

One of the smart people will be along soon to critique my foggy logic :D

Didnt I answer this question already recently?

:D
