Need some help ASAP PLEASE!!!

So what I want to achieve is to turn the pulsed 12v from the blinker to a constant signal to turn on a camera. What i want the outcome to be is when I turn on the left blinker the left camera will turn on and when i turn on the right blinker the right camera will turn on. I have 1 video monitor
