I have a aftermarket electric fan kit for my early 80's chev 350. It has on the relay 1 wire for battery constant run through a breaker, 1 wire to the electric fan +, 1 wire to acc + when key is one, 1 wire to a thermostat in the head for the ground which is also the thermostat for the relay when engine hits 185f. Its a 40/60 amp relay.
The electric fan is grounded to the body.

I am wondering how to wire in so I can turn the electric fan on anytime I want to help cool it, kind of like a newer vehicle when you turn the ac on it auto kicks on the fan on.
Im stumped any help would be great, thanks!

Join a wire to the thermostat wire, run it to a switch and ground the other side.
If you want illumination, 12V+ ACC to lamp, other side to joined wire.
