Hi everyone!
I'll get right to it. I'm in the process of adding accessories to a side-by-side UTV. I have a small busbar wired under the hood with +/-/acc, functioning. I would like to clean things up and have a power dist. block with all the fuses for my new accessories in line.
Question is: Can I take a 30/40A relay from one of those Amazon wiring harnesses wired from the busbar's acc. and + to provide switched power to the dist. block? Will I need high gauge wire or a bigger relay? The busbar would only be inches away from the dist. block. I would be powering LED light bars, stereo, overhead console lights, LED flag whips, ect... I have a winch currently wired directly to the busbar with a stock heavy gauge wire harness.

honestly i'd use more of a solenoid like this as an example:
solenoid 100 amp
or copy and paste, for some reason the embedded url wasn't working,

this is a 100 amp continuous solenoid but there are larger if needed.
