Ok guys and gals. Here is the get down. I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner. I recently switched out my side view mirrors with mirrors that have the built in signal lamp. The signal mirrors came factory installed on the Tacoma TRDsprt and are a direct plug and play into my prerunner. The mirrors work as they are suppose to with the turn signal, but I want them to be illuminated with the parking lights and the turn signal. The relay setup that I came up with only allows the turn signal when the parking lamps are on. I need the signals to work when the parking lamps are off and when they are on.
So I need a latched relay setup that will give me parking lights and turn signal on one relay and energize the second relay when the parking lights are turned off so that I will still be able to use the turn signal. Both the parking lights and turn signals on my truck are +

Please post your diagram. Without seeing what you have, my initial thought is to use an ignition 12V+ source instead of a parking light 12V+ source for your set up.

If you can segregate the ground for the lamp in the mirror, connect one lead to the turn signal, and the other to the tail lights. When one or the other circuit is ON, the mirror lamp will ground through the circuit that is OFF. When both are ON, the mirror light will go out. GM did front side markers this way for about 30 years. It will only work with incandescent bulbs. LED's won't.
