ok so heres what im trying to do. when i arm my alarm i want to turn several items on and then turn them off when i disarm it so i figured i have a - arm and a - disarm puls output on the alarm what i would like to do is have these trigger relays. i was going to use the diagram below except if i do use this if i disarm my alarm twice it will turn on the systems (this is if i run the disarm and arm outputs to the same trigger input on the relay) im sure there is an easy way to setup an on and an off trigger on a relay i just cant seem to find it!

2 trigger arm and disarm? -- posted image. Latched On/Off Output Using a Single Momentary Pulse
Similar to the momentary to constant configuration above, we can engage and disengage the latched output with a single pulse from a switch or an output from an alarm or remote keyless entry. The first pulse from the switch will engage the latch. The next pulse from the switch will disengage the latch.

Ever hear of a "ground when armed" wire??? Just use this wire to activate 1 relay and it will turn on with the arm and turn off with disarm.

like auex said, if you have a "grounded when armed" wire, use that. if you dont, because you have 2 outputs you can make a 2 relay latch/unlatch.
