it is not a big deal, but I have in the past tried to send a private message to a user that had a full PM box. I know now to look for this, but if you could change the appearance of the message that says your message was not delivered because the user's message box is full. Maybe put NOT DELIVERED in some larger text.   I promise, I am done for a while.

OK I lied.  But at least I didn't start a new topic.  Could we get some scissors on the following picture.  I have seen in alarm manuals, they have a pair of scissors where the wire is to be cut.  I know where it needs to be cut, Our installers know where it is to be cut.  But not so sure about our DIYers
