Please help, I have not been able to find an exact answer for this and I have seen a few answers that are totally diffrent. I just need to know the very best place to tap the VSS wire for my 2002 lincoln LS so I can hook up my eclipse nave unti. So far I have seen 'white wire' at ABCM and 'white /red at ABS control under hood.

actually, it is at the ABCM the (anti-lock braking module) behind the passenger headlight, near the shock tower.
