I am installing a 99 esky console into my 98 gmc truck. Console is Bose with factory sub and rear audio controls. My gmc is not Bose, but I want to obtain the rear audio controls and sub. I have all wiring for the console intact.
I'm trying to obtain a wiring diagram for this console.
Possibly a little more explanation how the Bose system works.. One amp for all speakers in a Bose system?
Will the rear audio controls work with my non-Bose deck?
Do I need to run a different amp to obtain the sub, and where is the best place to get proper audio signal for it?
Thanks ahead of time for any help!

Just to clarify. I do not plan to do a full on Bose swap or anything. I just want to obtain wiring diagrams to interface the rear controls and find a way to run the sub with whatever amp woulb be simplest. I plan to put an audio switcher inline in the console so the audio for headrest screens can be switched to come out of the rear control headphone jacks.
Thanks again!
