Hi .. trying to locate a good tach source wire on a 05 Sorento, the diagram says the typical place a coil pack, but when you remove the plastic shield covering the motor what a surprise no sign of any coil or plug wires, they are buried under covers which would take hrs. to remove. I've installed the tach wire at the cluster - 28 pin plug at pin 5 GREEN/ Blk ... but can't get remote starter to learn it, tried both ways as indicated in the book. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Ron.

Thanks for your reply ...... can you tell me which plug, I have it on plug 24 pin, pin 5 GREEN/ blk now but not working. They (Prostart) say volts should be under 4 volts. I don;t know for sure if they mean at that wire or at the Injector wire they said to use as an alternate. I can't find anything on this vehicle.
