I want to install my stereo myself but cannot figure out the wiring. Can someone supply me with a diagram of chart of the wires and what they are for in my car.

I would use a Metra 70-1003 Radio Wiring Harness. It shows to be the correct one for your vehicle. No need to cut the factory harness and i highly advise not cutting. Use the above to ensure correct pin placement. Looks like the Metra 99-1007 Is the kit including wire harness and mounting bracket.

Hey I busted a fuse for illumination in my car and I fixed it but my clock and inside lights don't work. I tried connecting just the power to the receiver but it doesn't come on. Do you think I busted a fuse in the "room" location of my car? If i connect just the yellow cable to the constant and the red cable to ACC should the stereo come on? and also where do I connect the illumination and dimmer wires?

You should have spent the 5-20 bucks on the proper harness. C'mon it's a 2003 not an 80's caprice.
A DMM is a beautiful thing.
