Previous owner switched the Becker to a Sony cdx and now the radio receiving is very poor. Need original Becker (mf2297) wiring to find antenna amplifier pwr output as it seems that amplifier does not get any electricity any more.

Switched antenna wire is a blue/white on the iso plug at rear of radio, if a standard antenna plug there are no clever filters etc, you might have a failed antenna pre-amp, located left hand rear.
Try a slave antenna at the front initially to make sure the Sony is OK, I would rate Becker reception over Sony any time.

Thank you for a very fast response!
Is the switched antenna output a trigger for a motor antenna or is it continuous?

When did they last have a motor antenna?
It's continuous as it always was and switches the antenna amplifier in the left rear.
