Has anyone installed a viper 5904 in a 2012 F150. I'm a little lost on all the H2 harness connections. Which need to be connected and where. Any help would be appreciated. I did find the wiring diagram for a 2011 F150 on this site ( I'm assuming the wiring is the same ) but I'm not sure on some of the wire placements. Thanks.

2012 is the same wiring as 2011. H2 has a ton of connections you won't need.
H2/1 PINK/WHITE (-) 200mA IGNITION/FLEX RELAY CONTROL OUTPUT - n/a
H2/2 BLACK/ WHITE (-) NEUTRAL SAFETY INPUT - goes to Ground
H2/3 BLUE/WHITE (-) 200mA 2ND STATUS /REAR DEFOGGER OUTPUT - n/a
H2/4 GREEN/ BLACK (-) 200mA OEM ALARM DISARM OUTPUT - n/a
H2/5 RED / WHITE (-) 200mA TRUNK RELEASE OUTPUT - n/a
H2/6 GREEN (-) DOOR TRIGGER INPUT (N/C* OR N/O) - not used on automatic trans
H2/7 BLACK / YELLOW (-) 200mA DOME LIGHT SUPERVISION OUTPUT - n/a
H2/8 BROWN / BLACK (-) 200mA HORN HONK OUTPUT - to PURPLE / green coming from the horn switch
H2/9 DARK BLUE (-) 200mA STATUS OUTPUT - depending on bypass module used, this would be used to activate the bypass module.
H2/10 PINK (-) 200mA IGNITION 1 OUTPUT - n/a
H2/11 WHITE/ BLACK (-) 200mA AUX 3 OUTPUT - n/a
H2/12 VIOLET (+) DOOR TRIGGER INPUT - n/a
H2/13 WHITE/ VIOLET (-) 200mA AUX 1 OUTPUT - n/a
H2/14 VIOLET/BLACK (-) 200mA AUX 2 OUTPUT - n/a
H2/15 ORANGE / BLACK (-) 200mA AUX 4 OUTPUT - n/a
H2/16 BROWN (+) BRAKE SHUTDOWN INPUT - to PURPLE / white at brake switch
H2/17 GREY (-) HOOD PIN INPUT (N/C OR N/O) - I install my own but you can use blue/orange at the factory hood pin. Set Viper for N/C
H2/18 VIOLET / YELLOW (-) 200mA STARTER OUTPUT - n/a
H2/19 BLUE (-) TRUNK PIN/ INSTANT TRIGGER INPUT (N/C OR N/O) - n/a
H2/20 GREY/BLACK (-) DIESEL WAIT TO START INPUT - n/a
H2/21 WHITE/ BLUE (-) REMOTE START/ TURBO TIMER ACTIVATION INPUT - n/a
H2/22 ORANGE (-) 200mA ACCESSORY OUTPUT - n/a
H2/23 VIOLET/WHITE TACHOMETER INPUT - to any fuel injector wire that's NOT blue
H2/24 GREEN / WHITE (-) 200mA OEM ALARM ARM OUTPUT - n/a - often used to shut off R.A.P. (Retained Accessory Power) - it's when the radio stays playing after shutting off the engine before opening the door. If your trunk doesn't do that, you won't need this wire.

That's great. Thanks. Is there a particular bypass module that you recommend?

I use only iDatalink and Fortin modules. With iDatalink, you need either a dealer account or have the place you purchase it from flash the correct firmware for you. You can get the ADS-TB which controls the immobilizer bypass only.
If you buy Fortin, I would go with the EVO-ALL since it comes preloaded with the firmware and aside from the immobilizer bypass, it also controls the factory alarm disarming.
2010 and up Fords need a special procedure to disarm the factory alarm when unlocking the doors or the alarm will go off.

I will look into those modules for sure. I really appreciate the help. I made all the connections on the H2 harness you had suggested and for some reason the alarm it arms and disarms but the doors aren't locking or unlocking and I can't get into the menu through the control interface. One thing I have not done yet is installed the remote start harness. I do not have that bypass module and so I have not hooked up the remote start yet. Does that affect anything?
