I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Wondering if i need a bypass module for a remote start and if so which one do i need ?
2nd question is do i need and relays or diodes or anything for the door locks ??
Any info would greatly be appericated

You shouldn't need a by-pass, try hot wiring and see.
Basic technical info here under Vehicle Wiring.
For the locks you will need 4 relays and four diodes, two for each front door.
Go to audiovox tech site, free to sign in, technical/manuals/Chrysler/Grand Cherokee locks.

Instead of the relays im gonna order the DEI 455T do i still need the diodes if i use the 455T ?

Yes, one relay and diode as per the 455t info sheet.
