3 wire push button switch?

I have a 3 wire switch, violet, black & brown on bottom right of dash, driver side. It is a push button switch. No idea what it is for.

Follow the wires. 1 of the wires will lead you to whatever it is for.

It probably operates the flux capacitor on that year's model.

Unfortunately they are taped and go into a bigger taped bundle. I am thinking that it might be a switch for an alarm system?
