wired in new radio with aftermarket connector, have no audio.
install factory unit, ok.
no amp turn on from new head unit, nothing here for amp turn on wire.
please help.

Grab a basic test light. With the aftermarket deck plugged in, but not installed in the dash, turn the key to the on position. Now, connect the alligator clip of the test light to 12 volts, and back probe any remaining wires (not currently used) in the factory plug one at a time and see if you get sound.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

The factory amp is turned on and controlled through data. You need to use a radio replacement module that will turn on the amp.
