I’m installing a new head unit, 4 new speakers, & a Rockville amp requesting audio wire diagram for my 2001 Ford F-250 diesel superduty.

They make harness adapters so you don't have to modify (cut) any wires. This not only applies to the radio harness, but the speakers as well. Check with your local stereo shop (Best Buy, Car Toys, Frys, etc.).

Ok if it had a harness to hook to I wouldn’t have made the post. I just bought the used truck a month ago & im asking if someone has the diagram of the wire colors for the radio & speakers for a 2001 Ford F-250 7.3 diesel superduty. Thanks

Nobody here is attacking you. We see the same questions all the time and many people don't realize they don't need to cut off the plug to connect their new gear.
If your initial post had stated "the plug is missing..." or something to that effect, we would have known.
Check out this post to verify your wires:
How to Identify Stereo Wiring.
Then see if this matches:
RADIO CONSTANT - GREEN/PINK
RADIO SWITCHED - BLACK/VIOLET
RADIO GROUND - BLACK
LEFT FRONT SPEAKER (+) LT.BLUE/WHITE     LEFT FRONT SPEAKER (-) ORANGE/GREEN
RIGHT FRONT SPEAKER (+) DK/GREEN/ORANGE     RIGHT FRONT SPEAKER (-) WHITE/LT.GREEN
LEFT REAR SPEAKER (+) TAN/YELLOW     LEFT REAR SPEAKER (-) GRAY/LT.BLUE
RIGHT REAR SPEAKER (+) ORANGE/RED     RIGHT REAR SPEAKER (-) BROWN/PINK
