Arm and Disarm Wires, 2020 Hyundai Elantra

Hello everyone i am working on my 2020 Elantra standard key and i have been so confused on the arm and disarm wires. Mainly the disarm. I have used wiring diagrams from multiple sources and i guess something is just not clicking with me. the main issue is that i cannot disarm my vehicle with an aftermarket remote start/keyless entry. I am using the Viper 5706v and everything is correct except the disarm working. it flashes once on the parking lights with locked like it should but it will not flash for the unlock. it will normally flash twice on the oem keyless remote. but nothing on the aftermarket. so basically i can lock and unlock it. however if i unlock it after 30 seconds the alarm with go off. im pretty certain i have followed the diagram correctly. the factory disarm wire is supposed to be brown and on the 32 pin connector on lower right of fuse box. there is also a Tech Doc 1300 which i am certain i had followed correctly but i am still having no luck. Please anyones help would be greatly appreciated. And to be clear EVERYTHING works as i wanted on the aftermarket rs/keyless system except for the disarm issue. Thank You
