Need To Repair Power Distribution Block, Terminal Connectors

I need to replace a couple of these terminals. Taps had been used and now they don't hold the fuse tight. It's on an 06 Ford. Any idea where I can get some?

Use a pick tool and move the contact patches closer.

I've done that, they still don't hold enough to be reliable.

You could try searching mouser.com, digikey.com and te.com. Put in your criteria to narrow your search. An ATO type blade fuse has a blade width of about 5.1mm and a thickness of about .64mm. An ATM type blade fuse has a blade width of about 2.8mm and thickness of about .8mm. With this in mind, you can look for specs in that ballpark. If you don't find anything suitable, you're unlikely to find a new replacement, but you could check junkyards or eBay or similar sites for a fuse box/pigtails for the terminal you need.My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

I have an old Ford parts catalog pdf...terminals with pigtails. Looking through it shows pigtails D65 & D66 with 12 and 16 gauge wires respectively. Also has Ford terminal numbers F2DB-14474-AA & F2DB-14474-CA and part numbers 103948 and 103949. Terminal portion is approzimately 6 mm x 6 mm x 22 mm. I believe these are the ones you are looking for. Ford dealers had (have) these kits for wiring repairs, at least the dealer by work did a few years back. Later years the terminals were more standardized.
