I have a Compustar CM900AS Remote Start/Alarm I want to install in a 2010 Dodge Charger SXT. Here’s what I have for the install:
Brain: Compustar CS7900-AS
Bypass: iDatalink AL CA
Harness: ADS HRN-CH4
Diagram: https://i.imgur.com/QCgovcv.jpg
CM900 Manual: https://fti.myfirstech.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/CM900S-AS_Full_Install_v1.15-2019.pdf
I’ll be using the harness setup in the lower right image (ADS HRN-CH4). For the “F” wires (ignition, 12v, ground), do I run those directly to the corresponding wires on the brain’s 8-pin connector? Or would I connect those wires from the brain directly to the car, then splice in the wires from the F connector coming from the bypass?
Any help is much appreciated.
