mine's an 88 dx, but it should be the same.

• 1. 10a turn signal, reverse
• 2. 10a starter signal
• 3. empty
• 4. 10a right headlight high beam
• 5. 10a left headlight high beam
• 6. 30a sunroof
• 7. empty
• 8. 10a tail lights, license lights, instrument lights
• 9. empty
• 10. 10a left headlight low beam
• 11. 10a right headlight low beam
• 12. 15a clock, interior light, cig lighter
• 13. 15a wiper, washer, sunroof relay
• 14. 10a alternator, solenoid valve
• 15. 15a cooling fan
• 16. empty
• 17. 10a radio
• 18. 10a rear defroster relay

and the 30a in holder attached to side is for the heater motor.

and yeah, the numbering goes from 1-12 left to right across bottom row, and 13-18 left to right across top row
