I need wiring for factory RS3000 alarm ,to remove alarm..Thanks

Try this:
POWER LOCK WHITE/ green - either kick panel    
POWER UNLOCK red / YELLOW - either kick panel    
FACTORY ALARM DISARM blue/black - drivers door harness
If you want to bypass the alarm permanently, see if there is a factory hood switch and see what signal it sends with the hood open. If it sends a ground then cut the wire and permanantly ground the wire. The system will never arm 'cause it'll think the hood is open!2000 Tundra Alarm Wiring -- posted image.
