help w/honda wire diagram

have diagram for honda stereo, making own harness so I can install in boat.  shows all speaker terminals, but which is juice? bus,n.o.,shld,busshld,chg+b,tuner+b,chg+b,lch&rch+??? Also, can't +'s be taken to  and gnd's &shild's to battery terminals?  Thanks Alot Van

p.s i do have a life, but its raining in michigan and my boys are trying to repel mosquitos and attract girls.

Thats why I posted, thought for sure someone would recognize  those abrv's. as something....the diagram I have (sticker on back of radio), lists those abrv. for specific terminal sites?!   I had previously checked harness site they don't come close to what I have  14 pin power side and 22 pin audio side.
