Does anybody know the color of that wire? As per other posts, in Santa Fe 2003 it should to be a WHITE/ black or blue wire on pin 3 in ECM's 26 pin connector. But in 2004 Santa Fe at that pin the wire is green, and somehow I can not read any AC voltage on it. So I assume either the whole layout of the ECM's connectors have changed or only the wire have a different color.

Any help would we gladly appreciated.

Turned out there is another option to start the motor. The Mannix Millenium remote starter can use either tach signal or generator signal. Since I was unable to find the tach signal in my  Santa Fe 2004, I decided to look for the generator wire.

LOW BATT light on the panel turns off immediately afeter the motor starts. One of its wire (1) goes to 12V from ignition, the other wire (2) to generator's AC/DC converter. When the motor is off, the generator doesn't generatare any power, thus the wire (2) have a potential 0 and LOW BATT lamp is ON (in this stage the lamp is simply connected betwen 12V and 0V). When the motor is running, the genrator starts to generate approx. 12V, and the LOW BATT light goes off (it is now between 12V from ignition and 12V from generator). So basically that wire (2) tells the remote starter that the motor is on, so it can turn off the starter.

Works like a charm, I hope this info will help.

BTW: In Hyundai Santa Fe 2004 that wire is on pin 10 of 20-pin connector (called I/P-J), yellow-black,  on the back of "passaenger compartment junction block" -  that's the same box where all the fuses are.
