this is equiped with a keyless to unlock or lock the door. We installed a remote starter with 2 module to bypass

key and alarm. All work fine, trunk , doorm, alarm, start all ok.

The problem is with the orignal remote on the key, we can't unlock the door except we are at 2 feet  around the car.(We know the key is out if the car running by remote starter)

We suppose a lose connection on the antenna on this system because sometime ok.

I don't know where is the module (driver door, passenger kick, behind the glove box, etc

The antenna where is for this system?

tks

It is possible some remote starter cause frequency signal cause some interference with the original module.

If any body experience this when the customer came back (my father in law) I will try to remove the remote starter module and I will see what append.

tks
