I want to know if I can use any of the wires from the 97 taurus' trunk light to trigger a relay to sound off a siren.  I tried the blk and pnk wire (nothing), I tried the all green wire (triggered the siren going off even when the trunk was closed and the light off ).  Do I have to get a trunk pin instead of using the factory wires connected to the light ?  I hooked everything up in like in the diagram listed under relays :Connecting Additional Devices to the Remote Turn On Lead.  Please Help

THanks
