I can't seem to find the tach wire on my 2001 GMC yukon with the 5.3L V8 in it. All the places I have checked said that it was a white wire going into the ECM but I've tried both white wires that I saw and neither one was the right one. Anybody know where it is at for sure and/or have any pics of it?

@ BCM under hood pin 10 white wire Look down on the left side of the battery. Remove the black plastic cover

Use the white wire at the instrument cluster. It is easier to get to and is protected from the elements.
