Have an AviStart 4001 Remote Start w/Keyless Entry I'm trying to install in a Ford F-150 (2000 model). I have power locks but no factory alarm. Can anybody out there help me with wire colors and locations

Thanks for the information, brianh. Could you also tell me where the "Reverse Light Wire" would be and what color it might be

The reverse light on that truck is a BLACK/ pink wire found at the transmission.  Or depending what you are using it for you can always find the wire at the rear taillights.  Be sure to check that wire with a meter cuase I am not sue if it  the same color.  Good luck.  Brian
