I have a 2005 f150 and i am installing an amp and subwoofers with the factory radio. I bought the step down device to connect the RCA cable to the amp. My problem is i dont know how to connect the remote wire for the amp to the factory radio. Please help

That radio may not offer a remote out. If it has a factory amp it might be there. If not you can get a line out converter with remote turn on integrated. It also is possible to use a low voltage trigger. SVENR manual

Or if you want you can use a switch and a relay run off the ignition. My choice would be the turn on creator.
The wire I'm test'n isn't doin' what it's supposed to be doin'... I am so glad I printed that tech sheet, with the wrong info.
Do it right the first time... or I might have to fix it for ya
