I have a 2008 tahoe and have installed a Clarion VX400 double din screen.  I used the PAC OS4 wiring harness and the head unit cuts off and then back on.  I have been told by a stereo shop that I need to install a relay on the Main Power and the ACC power.  It may be resetting the OS4 due to low voltage output.  I have never dealt with relays, but have installed many systems.  Any help is appreciated.

Connect the radio's Yellow wire to the vehicle's constant wire before the OS-4

Correct, there is no need for a relay.  The OS-4 does not allow enough current through the unit to power most Radio/Monitor units.  The unit works fine if powering a standard deck.  The display pulls considerably more current.

Thank you, I will give it a try.  The OS-3 shows this in the instructions, but not the OS-4...go figure.
