I bought a Gentex 341 with a 10 pin connector. I pushed the white tab on the factory connector (that goes into the back of the mirror) up, but I still am not sure how to release the wires from the 10 pin connector.
The holes in the front of the plug are too small for even a paper clip to slide in. Is there a special tool to depin the 10 pin connector?
Any advice on how to remove the wires from the factory plug would be greatly appreciated.

On the long side, where the terminals are exposed, there is a little tab on the end towards the wire side. Push it down slightly, and tug on the wire. It comes right out.
