I would buy something like this: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=1051384360635&skuId=4356958&type=product&productCategoryId=cat01013

They also have a 17" model.  Just get the ps2 s-video output ( I paid $20.00 for mine)

Just figure out how to hook up power to the lcd screen or use an inverter like one of these: http://www.radioshack.com/category.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CTLG%5F009%5F001%5F008%5F000&Page=1&find=power%20inverter(keyword)

just make sure you match the wattage.

There are products that can convert the rgb input of the monitor to composite video.  You could probably find some on ebay

I was wondering if you could use old laptop screens as well? I have a few old laptops with 14" & 15" screens that I could use but do not know what to hook the ribbon cable to or if you can even do this?
anybody have any info?
