I just installed the Alpine CVA-1005 in a 2003 Nissan Maxima. When I put the dash back together, the screen would not come out. If I take the dash panel out and hold the unit in my hand it works fine. Does the unit have to be in a perfect horizontal place? The Nissan dash is at an angle. What are my options?

Sounds as if the the bezel is binding on the screen.  The angle of your dash shouldn't effect the screen.
Do it right the first time

I didn't even attach the bezel. If I park the car in the driveway that has an incline it works great. If I park the car in the street, every once in awhile it will stick. Weird but true.
