Hi  I have a 2000 chevy silverado, and I want to hook up a rear view mirrior w/compass & temp sensor, it has 7 wires... how do I hook it up???

Coulsomeone help me ?   Thanks....

You should tell us make and model of mirror. Do the wires have labeling on them in you look closely? If it has a factory type plug you can look under your headliner and see if a plug may already be there. Never know you might get lucky. If not you will have to just wire it in. Anyway give more info. Also do a search here. I remember others asking about these.

Black is your ground , red goes to IGN white ya don't use and the other 2 (green and or grey ) should be for the outside temp sensor the should have a plug on them if it doesnt then ya may have problems.. (at least with the gentex mirrors ya do) so try not to cut them... That should be it
