Hello All,

I just replaced the ribbon cable in my N2 unit because the screen stopped working and my buttons weren't working as well.  For some reason though now my unit will not tilt the screen up.  It will come all the way out sucessfully but will not tilt.  Any suggestions on what to look for or what might have caused the problem?

Thanks

Been a while since I did one but doesn't the ribbon cable have 3 connections on it?  A large connector to the radio board,  a large one to the screen  and a small one to the screen?  If so I would check the smaller connection 1/2 to 3/4 inch wide.  Look at it and make sure it is squared into the plug and also make sure the lock is secure and cable won't pull out of it.
