avm9000r,avx7000cd troubleshoot

ive installed the avm900r master unit and the avx7000cd in my 98 acura 3.0 cl.im getting no response from the remote the brain and the moniter power up and play cds but i have no control over the unit ive tried all he remotes we have in the shop and cannot find one that works. is there an additional cable that runs from the screen to the brain i currently only have two?mayja-sounds "got beat"

do you have an IP-BUS cable running from the deck to the master unit? that's what sends remote signals.Shaughn Murley
