I want to install some gauges in my 2002 Chevy Cavalier LS Sport Coupe. It has the 2.2L ECOTEC engine. I need to know where the oxygen sensor is located so I can hook up an air/fuel ratio gauge. I also need information on how to install a mechanical oil pressure gauge.

You need to pick up a Chilton or even better yet Haynes manual from pep boys. Find the existing oil pressure sensor for the idiot light on the dash. Then a trip to the speed shop for some snazzy plumbing. Usually they are more than able to dig up the needed nipples and adapters. The new gauge should have a tube (usually white plastic) with a fitting on the end. Take the gauge with tubing and the old sensor with you ( don't take the car you just removed the sensor from!) to the speed shop. Whenever installing plumbing with threads use teflon tape or paste to seal the threads. Read the instructions on the package.

Hopefully this info is helpful I'm an old time gear head and haven't been too active with it lately but I hope this helps.
