Hi all, I hope I do not offend anyone.  I am in the midst of creating a remote stand alone communications module.  I am in hopes of getting in contact with an electrical person who can point me in the right direction on even do consulting for me to help create my project.  The project is a stand alone communications station which is totally wireless.    The station I was hoping to be a 12 volt application.  It would have the following components:

Pinhole camera – Wireless (may need a 12 volt to 9 volt adapter that won’t drain the system)  I saw another post where an voltage reducer may do the trick.

Small Microphone - wireless.

Motion activated (so no battery drain if no motion in front turns off after a short length of time.)

Battery low turn off (when low power, no function).

Possible to turn on remotely.

Solar powered recharge.

Car battery powered. (12 volt preferred)

Decent quality 12 volt wireless remote speaker to talk back to people, weatherproof.

No interference with remote speaker and remote microphone.

The base system (which communicates with the remote module) can be ordinary 120 v ac.  It will be withing 100 feet of the remote module.  It would consist of a monitor, speaker, microphone and activation switch (for the remote).

As the norm, looking to do it as cost effectively as possible.

Again, if I'm in the wrong place, please advise.  Thank you sincerely for your time and patience.
