I am piecing together a system to spray cold water onto my intercooler, but only in timed intervals. What I was wondering is where can I find an electrical timing device to control the time intervals, like the things that control blinker times possibly. I just need to know what to call what i'm looking for.

You can find a pulse timer from DEI or Pac, you could also build one based off of a 555 timer.
