Hi all,

i am new to the forum, please excuse me if i might have posted in the wrong place and place direct me to such........

I am doing my rear blower installation the 97 ford expedition and i noticed the front wire to blower connector is very hot.....

is it normal for this wire to be hot? or is there a bad connection or something?

please help...going crazy here....

What gauge wire is this ? Also is the wire hot because it's inline of the heat or is near the heater vents when the heat is on ?
