Hello, I have a 92 Toyota Pickup. I payed 1,300$ for it, the truck is in GREAT shaped inside and out. However I had to replace the battery due to the battery in the truck was the size of 2 23oz cups, lol. My questtion is that the truck has alot of wiring issues under the dash, I have fixed quite a few of them but the truck still continues to shock the hell out of me whenever I depart the vehicle. it also has an issue where the battery and brake lights will come on and if I continue to drive the Truck will die, but if I turn the lights off the problem stops. Please Help

How are the tires on the car?  The electrical system of the vehicle most likely isn't shocking you, it's static electricity.  I've heard having bald tires can increase static discharge, you could also try dangling a grounding strap from your axle/frame to the ground below.

Not sure about the other issue.

Well the tires are brand new, I just discovered that the alternator belt is so loose that I can practically pull it of with my hands, need new belt, as far as the ground strap never heard of them but I will look into buying one, Thanks
