I was wonder how much an average employee makes as an Advanced MECP installer makes. I currently work at Fry's as a basic installer and I make 14.68 an hour. When I become an Advanced MECP installer I will receive a two dollar raise. This will give me 16.68 an hour. I was wondering who makes what and where. Hourly, salary, bonus, what ever. ~Thank you~

I'm looking for Study material for advanced mecp, but not the actual study guide. I'm looking for prep test questions or a website to quiz me. Any ideas? thanks.

I work at fry's too. In dallas. Fry's pays better than most as far as I've seen. They even pay pretty close to most of the higher end custom shops around here. As far as the advanced test. Just get the study guide. It has practice tests at the end of each section. I read it for about two weeks, and made close to a 90 on the exam. Its pretty easy, if you passed the basic, you shouldn't have any issue with the advanced.

i also work at frys. they do pay pretty well here, i live in ventura cali. store 44, i was making 16.68 but when you hit that one you change tax brackets and end up taking less home. i just got promoted to supervisor of car audio and install. still waiting to see how it goes,
