Can anyone help me. How to decrease 12volt to 3volt? Realy hope someone can give me the diagram.

Try an LM317 from Radioshack. It is an adjustable voltage regulator - you will need to research it a bit and spec out the correct resistor and capacitor to make it output 3vdc. I would guess there would be a calculator somewhere on the 'net to figure out the optimal values.
