how to get an auto repair & service manual free download online ? anybody know ?

Free is going to be difficult. Helms will charge anywhere from $100-200 USD for a print manual and most of that cost is going to be the knowledge rather than the paper. You can get limited information from Autozone's website, but your best bet is to find a forum dedicated to your vehicle.

On a side note, there are/were some manuals on the P2P networks, but I never had any luck in getting the software to run.
