I do not have anything for a 1991 that is getting to old the best  bet for that one would be to go to the dealer. The 1998 Century I have, it's a GM Remote #3215 for $ 34.95

Hey David, Along with the tummy rub & head patting, you also have to click your heels 3 times and say this phrase " Work damn it !! Work !! " posted_image. I will have instructions on how to program the remote included in the package. Drop me an email ( techsupport@velocitymotorsport.com ) and I can send you the appropriate information required for payment.
